Using the store and placing orders

By using aerbghs.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your location.

Product images are illustrative. We aim for accurate descriptions, colors, dimensions, prices, and availability, but minor display differences may occur. We may correct obvious errors before fulfillment and will contact you if a material correction affects your order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, address problems, legal restrictions, or quantity limits. If a paid order is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes, and final totals are displayed at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected method for the amount shown.

Cancellation

Request cancellation or changes within 12 hours after purchase or before fulfillment begins, whichever occurs first. We do not charge a cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation. Requests made after fulfillment begins may need to follow the return process.

Shipping, returns & remedies

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory and destination.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Acceptable use, intellectual property & liability

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully, impersonate others, commit fraud, or violate applicable law. Store content, branding, text, graphics, and layout are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be commercially reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

If a disagreement arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
